Frequently asked questions

Straightforward answers about where we serve, who provides care, who fills prescriptions, and how the process works.

What states do we serve?

49 states are served by Mendoxa. We do not serve California. Eligibility for a visit is confirmed during intake based on your shipping address and clinician licensure.

Who are our pharmacies?

Mendoxa prescriptions, when issued, are fulfilled by our partner pharmacy: Rush Pharmacy (rushpharmacy.com). Medications are prepared for individual patients when prescribed and dispensed according to applicable pharmacy law.

Who is our provider network?

Clinical evaluations are delivered through our provider network partner: LocumTele (locumtele.org). Licensed clinicians review intakes and determine whether treatment is appropriate.

How do consultations work?

You start with a short assessment on our patient experience at try.mendoxa.co, then complete a medical intake. A licensed clinician reviews your chart asynchronously in most cases. Video may be required depending on your state or clinical situation. A prescription is never automatic.

How long does shipping take after a prescription is issued?

After a clinician issues a prescription and payment is completed, Rush Pharmacy typically processes and ships within a few business days. Delivery windows vary by carrier and destination. Tracking is provided through your patient portal when available.

What is your refund policy?

Visit fees may be non-refundable once a clinician has reviewed your chart. Medication charges follow pharmacy and shipping rules. If treatment is declined before clinical review is completed, prepaid amounts are handled per the policy shown at checkout and on our Refunds page. Contact support via the patient portal for billing questions.

Do you sell research chemicals or products without a prescription?

No. Mendoxa is a telehealth brand. Medications are dispensed only when a licensed clinician determines a prescription is appropriate and a partner pharmacy fulfills that order.

Are compounded medications FDA-approved?

Compounded medications are prepared for individual patients when prescribed. They may not be FDA-approved for every use. Your clinician will discuss risks, alternatives, and whether a compounded option is appropriate for you.

Can I request a specific medication by name?

You may share goals and history. Clinicians choose therapies based on medical appropriateness, formulary availability, and law. Naming a compound does not guarantee it will be prescribed or available in your state.

How do I contact support?

Use secure messaging in the patient portal, or email support@mendoxa.co for non-urgent account questions. Mendoxa does not provide emergency care. Call 911 if you have a medical emergency.
