ED guide
High blood pressure is a caution, not a dose
Position 1 on 2026-10-16 was a Mayo Clinic page. We are not going to outrank that this month. The lines below are the two labels we opened the same day.
What the labels print
| Label | Line we opened |
|---|---|
| Viagra | Caution with alpha-blockers or antihypertensives. Concomitant use may lead to hypotension. With alpha-blockers, start at 25 mg. |
| Cialis | Use with alpha-blockers, antihypertensives, or substantial amounts of alcohol, 5 units or more, may lead to hypotension. Do not use if sex is inadvisable because of cardiovascular status. |
| What is not here | A blood-pressure cutoff. A promise that ED medicine treats hypertension. Nitrates remain a separate stop: ED and nitrates. |
